I had already stayed at Mama O Chai before and absolutely loved the location, so this year I decided to come back. I was more than pleasantly surprised!
Since my last stay, the owner has changed and Latt is now taking care of the property. You can really see how much effort and investment he is putting into improving the place. Several of the bungalows are currently being renovated, and even the bungalow I stayed in last year has been upgraded, including new mattresses.
Another great improvement is that you can now rent a scooter directly from the property, which makes everything so much easier. Last year, scooters were rented through a third party, and especially returning the scooter was quite a hassle. Having everything directly on site now is so much more convenient.
Overall, I can definitely say that I’ll be coming back again next year, and I’m already looking forward to it!

The only thing I personally missed in the bungalow was a small dresser, shelf, or some other space where I could put my clothes.

Tropical sand beach with coconut trees. Perfect picture. Front line bungalows. Very friendly stuff, always ready to help. This was perfect beach holiday. Plus excellent connection to local bars, shops and restaurants, fire show on the beach every evening in nearby bar.
Everething was excellent. Advice - if you want deeper water and more than just send and trees - use taxi boats.

Super location.
The mattress of one of the beds was completely worn out. It should be replaced straight away.

Good location from the Sairee 7/11 , food , drinks and massages.
Beach front.
Small little terrace.
I stayed in B5 the last row. “ with some sea views “
The room was full full of mosquitoes , so much so that I need to buy the mosquito electric bat.
