About this condo rental
Nestled in Walloon Lake, this attractive condo for $139 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Great vacation spot! It's a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. On a quiet street, it's an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. (Another apt. next door is available for booking). Our apt. is 12 minutes from Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mt's golf/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market. The space We are a couple of blocks from the charming village of Walloon with its beach and stores. Guest access Our apartment includes a laundry room in the middle of the building & a large parking lot in case you want to bring your boat. Local activities are downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating (when it’s cold enough in the village by the Barrel Back restaurant), boating (rentals are available in the Village), golf, mountain biking, hiking, and biking trails are within a ten-minute drive. If you like upscale restaurants The Barrel Back restaurant/boats is a memorable experience. It sits above a marina in the Village of Walloon & it’s a fun place to watch the boats.

This property was perfect. It was clean and in a very nice, quiet, area. It was close to Boyne City and the village of Walloon Lake is within walking distance. Beautiful little place. I’d say here again without hesitation! Awesome place!

Very comfortable bed, great parking right next to the apartment entrance, nice location close to downtown Walloon Lake. Easy to use entry lock. Very quiet location, neighbors are friendly. Laundry available right next door. 2nd time for me at this location! :)

We had a great weekend, location was perfect being central to Boyne Mountain as well as Highlands and Nubs. We checked out local wineries and a brewstillery and lunch at Junction Bar & Grill was fantastic!

So warm and welcoming - the property & the hostess! The home was clean and well stocked. And Heather worked with me and my many questions to accommodate our unique and changing guest situation. Love it here and would definitely come back! Also very convenient to Petoskey which is the sweetest town!

A really charming apartment on the edge of town. It has everything you need, and has a nice homey feel. I love the decor and all the little accents here and there. I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place to stay and check out the new Skybridge.

This is our second stay at this beautiful apartment - and it is just perfect for a couple!! So clean, furnished so nicely, and so handy to Walloon Lake! Heather is fantastic to communicate with - and she makes the stay just wonderful!

With Venetian Festival going on we couldn't find an affordable hotel room anywhere so we decided to look at vrbo for something to fit our needs and paid $10 less a night for this lovely apartment than the cheapest hotel available which is very old and outdated and we would have rather slept in our car than pay that kind of money for it... anyway we were VERY PLEASANTLY surprised to find this adorably decorated and comfortable apartment... we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for offering such a great place at an affordable price 😀

We were showing in the Art Festival in the Town Center. This was a perfect spot. Walkable to town, clean, quiet, and priced right!

This is a cute little apartment. It was hot without air conditioning, and we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on a pull out couch with the screen door open all night. We will be more careful reading about property amenities in the future. Our host was responsive and kind, which we appreciated very much. The location is very close to the heart of Walloon.

What a great place!
The first word that comes to mind is cute. What a great place to stay. Everything is in walking distance. The place is clean and adorable. The owner is very responsive to emails (Thank you Heather). I don't have one bad thing to say about it. I will be back to stay there.
