We stayed here when we went to Universal and Disney World. It was pretty close and made getting to the parks every morning very easy. The house the clean and able to fit all 5 of us. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great, clean condo with easy driving to all Disney Parks.

The condo was just what we needed for (2) nights. Close to grocery, gas, restaurants. Less than 20 min from Disney World.

We traveled from Indiana so we were wore out when we got there. It was easy to find and easy to access. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. Great location to Disney. Recently updated which was nice- the living room couch is no longer a pullout. Pool was great for kids- hot tub was not heated when. We were there. .. it is on repair list. Overall would recommend and definitely would stay there again.

The place was clean. The neighbors were friendly. We loved having a grill to cook outside. The pool was nice. Close to Disney. I’ll stay here again when in the area.

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Check-in was easy and convenient. Condo was clean and tidy. The 2 issues we had is there were tiny little ants in the kitchen we had to get rid of everyday. You could not leave any food or dirty containers out for even a few minutes. The other issue was the bathroom off the kitchen the toilet did not flush well, everyone resorted to using the other washroom. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and pots we were able to cook ourselves a Christmas dinner. The condo is close to all of the Disney parks, only a 10-15 minute drive. It's also close to lots of restaurants, pharmacies and Walmart/Target. The condo was easy to get to also. All instructions are sent before hand and there is a binder with other instructions for the stay. We had a good time at the condo and parks!

This is about 15 minutes from all Disney parks so it's in a great location. To go to the grocery or restaurant, you WILL need a car or will need to uber because nothing is walkable here. The roads don't have sidewalks. You can fit 6 guests here but I wouldn't go more than that. The living room is very small and you can't fit six to watch TV. Once the pull out couch is out, there is no place at all. Even walking past the pull out couch when it is open is a squeeze. There are plenty of dishes and cooking pots/strainers/etc. I couldn't find a cookie sheet which was a little strange because I think that's the most versatile item in a cupboard. My only complaint is that they give you the bare minimum in supplies. We stayed for 5 nights and we nearly ran out of toilet paper and soap. They gave us JUST enough towels for the week. If you spill something or drop the towel on the floor, you better be ready to do laundry (they provide one laundry soap so use wisely!) They gave us 2 packages of dishwasher soap for 5 days. I think they should at least give you one for each day of your stay. Their VRBO listing says they provide shampoo but they don't. So I thought they seemed a little stingy with supplies when it wouldn't cost that much more for an extra bath soap, a roll of toilet paper, and some more dishwasher soap. There is a gym, pool, and tennis court on property but they are only open from 8 am to 10 pm. That sounds pretty good but we were at the Disney parks for those hours and never checked them out.

Location was perfect for our girls trip to Disney and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Place was clean, had plenty of towels, and dishes. Washer and dryer was a huge plus.

Very nice condo. There were a few issues which were addressed promptly. I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

I would have given a 5, but toilet near entrance doesn’t flush correctly and both tub drains are slow to drain so you’re standing in ankle deep water when you get out.

The property is very close to Disney and Universal. The community is very quiet and I felt safe staying there. The condo is very spacious and provided everything we needed, even seclusion away from the crowds of a tourist city. No issues arose during out stay but I did communicate with the owner and he was very responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again.

Clean, Roomy, Well Appointed

It was just has depicted. So easy to access the property with the instructions given. It was clean and comfy and the pool was warm. Will definitely come again.

I had the best experience here at The Grand Palms, clean, friendly, clasped to all of Orlando. This is definitely my go to for my next visits to Florida

Perfect size and location. VERY outdated, and needs a very deep clean (walls, trim, corners, etc.). The green carpet has to go. Again - Great size (3 bedrooms). Great location. Clear check in instructions.

So the stay was great. Clean and cozy and the security was great making sure we were okay. Very clean and the bed were very comfortable. I really enjoy your place.
