This place was spotlessly clean and the location is great. Our room was comfortable. One staff member was friendly and helpful. It's a good price. We didn't hear any outside noise but maybe because our air conditioner was very loud.
We paid extra for the "sea view" room. However, the room does not have a sea view. It is adjacent to a nice open area that everyone can use that has a sea view. So there is zero point paying more for this room as everyone can use this area.
The "stairs" are very steep to the top floor where this room type is located. It is closer to a ladder.
The water was off one morning which happens but it annoyed me that no one talked to us about this when I saw a person that lived there getting water for her room but totally ignored me instead of telling me how to get some for my room. Check-in was very strange too. We also didn't get access to drinking water, like other reviews stated. The experience here feels quite hit and miss.

Lovely staff and great location near the main town. Bed was made each day and the bedding was clean.
For the duration of our stay we could only have freezing or boiling showers with no temperature control. I raised this with the staff who said they would look at it but nothing was done. The bathroom smelled very bad. The aircon was very noisy and the sheets were scratchy.
We booked a tour with the hotel and were forced to pay extra for the kayak to see the lagoon. This was not mentioned by staff or on the poster but was told on the boat if we wanted to see it we had to pay which was very disappointing.
