La proximité du centre-ville, la décoration, les équipements proposés, le fait d'avoir deux climatisations.
Indépendamment de la volonté de l'hébergeur, les voisins étaient particulièrement bruyants sur nos dates de séjour (entre le 25 et le 29 juin) Ils mettaient la musique à fond et faisaient des aller-retour entre la porte principale et la porte de leur hébergement en parlant fort aux heures où le tapage est interdit, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable malgré le fait de les avoir gentiment demandé de garder le silence.

You can hear people walking up and down the stairs from inside the apartment - but did not bother us that mich.

La proximité de tout . Il est très bien équipé .
Il y a des travaux à côté du logement . Bruit à 8h30 de marteau piqueur +++. Le tapis était sale , l entrée ( au niveau des escalier ) très sale .
La porte du bas claqué et fait beaucoup de bruit .
