Situated in Ocean Pines, this attractive house for $274 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. ****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. Enjoy the cool breezes under the covered porch, grilling on the deck or try your hand at fishing in the back yard. You'll feel like you are on a lakefront property! This home is beautifully decorated and shows pride of ownership. You'll love the open floor plan while still having a second living area and loft to get away. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations and there is wi-fi for those of you who must "stay connected". The community of Ocean Pines is conveniently located to Ocean City, Assateague Island, historic Berlin and Salisbury. It is the perfect location for families with sporting events in Salisbury, looking to enjoy the numerous local golf courses or wanting to be strategically located for all the area has to offer. The community has 5 swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, several lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails, parks with playgrounds, boat launches and plenty of fishing. There are plenty of nearby activities for the family to enjoy, such as fantastic restaurants, miniature golf, go-carts and a water park to name a few. For the adults, there is plenty of outlets for shopping and the Ocean Downs Casino is a short drive away. Don't forget to plan a night watching the harness races! THINGS TO KNOW: * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. * Home has a private driveway that will fit 2 vehicles. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. * Sorry, no pets are allowed. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. Would renovate/upgrade lighting, deck, and some of the furniture. Otherwise this subdivision is nicely located and has lots of amenities. House itself is probably average for this location.

This is our 3rd year back at this rental. We love the location and set up, and the property managers are excellent and super-responsive! We did notice that the cleanliness, which has been top-notch in the past, had a little something to be desired this year.

We thoroughly enjoyed being on the water. The view from the large windows was beautiful. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the back deck just taking in the peacefulness of it all. The home was well kept and the layout met our needs. We didn’t mind the 15 minute drive to the OC beach. We ended up getting some pool time at the Ocean Pines Beach Club. It was $10pp for the day. It was convenient to the beach for having an outdoor lunch and drinks. We would definitely like to visit again.

Good central location in Ocean Pines. Very quiet and at the end of a really cute canal. The weather wasn't good during our stay so unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the screened in room or the deck. The house has been well maintained and it was clean.

Second time around

I don’t think the pictures does this place justice. Everybody within our party was extremely amazed by how put together the house was. And they had crab pots on the side of the house we managed to catch a couple blue crabs. Great house, I would recommend this place to friends and family.

We came back for a 2nd year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Home is beautiful, spacious, clean and we so appreciate it being dog friendly! We also particularly liked the upgrades to the the screened porch!! Consider bringing a fan to for the upstairs master - but if you're careful to keep the bathroom door (where the AC vent is) open, and the bedroom door closed - it stays quite comfortable.

My wife and I really enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch at night after the kids went to bed. The house was clean upon our arrival, and there were plenty of dishes and silverware, and cookware. The washer and dryer are a good size and worked great.
Cons: the master bedroom is a sauna. The hottest it got during our stay was around 80. And with the owner’s instructions not too set the thermostat below 72 it definitely is not enough to cool off the upstairs. I’d recommend brining an extra fan or room AC unit Has to be a stand alone one since the room has no windows. We have stayed in Ocean Pines for a few years now on family vacations and the houses have come with a pass to the Beach Club and pool passes. I had to contact the rental agent to inquire about them, only to be told they have multiple houses and this is the only one that doesn’t include to passes (pool or beach club) I don’t recall that being mention on the ad which I guess it kind of my fault for assuming. But if it the only one you rent that doesn’t have it, a little mention would have been nice.
