Permit#2023-1559 Standard Occupancy (Sleeps): 16 guests (includes infants or children) Max Occupancy: 16 guests (includes infants or children) Vehicle Maximum Occupancy: 4 vehicles tandem No Pets Allowed Wristbands Are Required For All Guests During March & Holy/Easter Week. Wristbands Are $25+Tax/Person Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. 120B E. Mars is an Incredible property to spend your vacation on South Padre Island! It has a private heated pool! The location of this 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom townhome is perfect, being only 1/2 a block from the beach! South Padre's white sandy beaches are literally 2-3 minutes down the street from this property. This townhome features the kitchen, dining, and living area downstairs. The living room leads out to a private pool which is an ideal size for taking a dip and cooling off in our tropical island weather. All five bedrooms are spacious and provide ample room for guests to be comfortable and relax! The interior of this property is nicely updated and very well cared for! The furniture is great quality and has a nice coastal vibe! 120B E. Mars accommodates up to 16 people! We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. Floors were filthy and dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had nothing to clean it with as far as a rag or cleaning supplies. We had no decent pan to cook in and most items that were there were old or broken. We did not have enough towels to bath and clearly not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the house. Nobody wants to start off the vacation with having to go get all of these items when renting a house. They had games in the garage like bag toss but no bags to go with it. Everything was half there. Super disappointed in this choice. I am going to do a google review on this and go to the VRBO site to do an additional review. Unacceptable as a VRBO in my opinion. The pool was also filthy dirty. It is no good to advertise a pool that is not okay to swim in. Showers were dirty and bathroom floors had to be cleaned before I could let people use them. The dryer also didn’t work so washing the towels so more people could shower didn’t work either. Not a good experience for our family at all!!

The condo was great, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The outside seating was in poor condition and there was not enough seating. The kitchen lacked in pans and cooking utensils. If you plan to do a lot of cooking while on your trip I would bring items you are wanting to use.

Overall.. very nice. Patio chair cushions could be replaced. It was nice to have a beach sun shade and would like to have a few basics … coffee filters and beach towels.

We stayed at this home for four days and loved it! It was very clean and equipped with all the essentials. It is half a block from the beach so it was super convenient. We will definitely be back to this home!

Back then, it was rented through the owner and not a rental company. Well, we could definitely tell the difference. The property, back then, was much cleaner, much more comfortable, kitchen was much more well stocked and so much more. I could go on and on. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent stay but I defintely would not return to book this property. The sheets were of very poor quality. The bedspread felt like it hadn't been washed in some of the rooms, the kitchen had other people's leftover spices, opened syrups, pancake mixes, which we thought was gross. I know I wouldn't want to use and/or serve a stranger's opened food to my family. We basically brought our own. The AC was an issue from day one. Upstairs, it was so terribly hot and stuffy. We couldn't touch the thermostat to a certain degree or else it would freeze. Thank goodness we brought our own fan. The blender was horrific, we had to ask for a new one. No drawer space or closet space in the 3rd floor. Our family had to live out of a suitcase. Pool was small and the whole week we were there, we never saw anyone come to clean it. Couches need to be cleaned. They are VERY well worn down and could use replacing. Overall, it was a short walk to the beach which is what we loved the most. Thank you for a decent stay, it just was a ton better when the owner oversaw it.

Very polite and accommodating. This practice of patience, kindness and politeness goes a long way with customers and I was truly impressed, and I hope that your staff continues with this practice. I will certainly rent again from your company! The house was in excellent condition and really had no complaints. I wish the pool was just a little bigger but that was definitely not a major issue. I love the fact that we were close to a beach access point. That was very helpful and the fact that we were able to park four cars was a great asset!

Perfect location a block from the beach. Beach is lovely, not crowded, and kept very clean. The house configuration is good, there is also a loft hangout enjoyed by kids. AC works great. Kitchen easy to cook in, but bring a sharp knife! We have rented this house 6 times! Need a few more bath towels though.

It's Ok
The house was ok. A bit outdated and dark. The room on the 2nd floor above the garage was very hot at night we had to leave door open to get the cool air from the hallway into the room. Overall not great but ok.

Family Vacay!
Had a great time at this beautiful condo. I over packed everything! The condo was well equipped with just about every thing you would need. Short walk to the beach. The weber charcoal grill was used every day..works great! Very spacious. Looking forward to the time!

4 bedroom residence is located in a perfect spot and just a half a block from the beach.. Very well maintained with very clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. Perfect floor plan with a small pool

House comfy and had all we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Everything was close by. The only thing was there was no full bath down stairs and therefore had difficulty getting my grandmother upstairs for a bath. Luckily we have strong boys who helped take her up. Overall stay was great.

The staff was very helpful! I had a crisis on Friday and I contacted management to see if I could extend checkout time on Saturday and they were kind to extend checkout time for 2 hours. Only negative is the swimming pool was kind of small for 6 grandkids, but they enjoyed it! I loved staying here!

We rented this unit March 19-26, 2021 and were very pleased with the property. It had the hotel feel when we went into the bathrooms with the amenities needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Overall, it was a great place . Pros: Clean, necessities provided (paper towels, tp, dishwasher pods, etc); fridge in garage; water filterCons: Pool is not heated; grill grate was rusted (purchased a new one); dull knives
