Situated in South Padre Island, this charming house for $762 per night is a great option for your next trip. PERMIT # 2023-1593 Standard Occupancy (sleeps): 16 guests (includes infants & children) Maximum Occupancy: 18 guests (includes infants & children) Vehicle Maximum: 6 (includes golf carts, trailers, & other recreational vehicles) Dog Friendly with Restrictions: Max 2 dogs, max 40 lbs each Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: IMMEDIATE FAMILIES (parents, grandparents, & children) ONLY Wristbands are required for all guests during March & Holy Week. Wristbands are $25 + tax, per person. Welcome to the "Aquadesiac," your very own slice of paradise on South Padre Island! This spacious retreat boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests with ease and making it the perfect vacation home for large families or groups of friends. The "Aquadesiac" is nestled within a few blocks from all of the local restaurants, shops and entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer. A mere 4-5 minute walk from your doorstep to the sandy shores ensures endless enjoyment on the beach! You will love the high-quality coastal decor, large bedrooms, open concept kitchen and more! The living room provides you and your guests with comfortable seating around a flat screen TV and is complemented by a dining area for 10. The adjacent kitchen is open concept and has additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cooking utensils, and modern appliances for all of your culinary endeavors. The Master bedroom features a King Size bed and flat screen TV, as well as access to the 2nd floor deck. The en-suite Master bathroom entails two sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate shower. Additional guests have the choice between the second bedroom featuring a Queen size bed and flat screen TV, the third bedroom equipped with two Queen size beds and a flat screen TV, or the fourth bedroom with two full size bunk beds. The home also provides you with a washer and dryer, as well as a ping pong table in the garage for Outside, your very own private pool beckons! The pool area offers you and your guests loungers and a shaded dining area. Plus, it's heated in winter! Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear. Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart! Are you looking for accommodations for a larger group, or traveling with multiple families? Our 127 E. Jupiter and 129 E. Jupiter houses are side by side and can each accommodate groups of 18 guests. We absolutely loved everything about this place. From the moment we walked in it was so beachy but cozy. The distance to the beach was the best. This beach house made the best memories for our sons' 15th Birthday!

Our family had an amazing vacation while staying in this house. It was a great house for the 13 of us. We have stayed with SPI for 5 years and have never been disappointed. We like the location of the house, the walk to the beach is very short. The house was perfect and exactly what we expected. Our family is growing so we may have to look at larger houses but will for sure stay in this one again when the opportunity comes up.

Our annual family beach trip to SPI was so much fun, thanks to this amazing VRBO rental. The layout of the house was perfect for the adults to relax upstairs while the kids had fun watching movies on the bunk beds. The upper-level decks were great for enjoying the sea breeze and watching our family swim below. And while the pool water was rather warm, the pool was very clean, and our kids had a blast playing in it. The home is in the perfect location, between two beach access points and a beautiful butterfly garden, but not too close to beach bars or big crowds. Its title says it all, and we would gladly stay there again.

My entire family spend several days at SPI each year. Last year and then again this year, we stayed at this beautiful home on Jupiter. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting out on the porches in the morning with our coffee and then in the evening relaxing after a full day at the beach. We also had a great time in the pool each afternoon. We also recommend renting through SPI Rentals. They were very quick to respond and were always courteous. We will definitely be returning again next year.

We really enjoyed the house. It fit our group of 12 very well. It was clean, and came with lots of towels and all the kitchen accessories we needed. It even came with a high chair that our 1 year old used. The pool need cleaning when we got there, but we callen and someone came over right away to take care of it. I highly recommend this home and SPI Rentals.

We had a fun mother/son trip and this house was amazing. It for all of us with a bed for everyone. The pool and ping pong table kept the teenage boys occupied for hours. Super close to the beach and bus drop/pick up. It was a great stay and loved every minute.

We had an awesome stay the house was beautiful and had everything we needed to stay entertained even through weather was not the best. Love that the beach was only a few blocks away. Thank you will definitely be coming back soon.

We have been staying on the island for more than 15 years since our daughter moved there to continue here nursing career. I believe we have found a place to stay for years to come, everything about the property was perfect and the cleanest home we have ever stayed at. The owners do it right.

The house size was perfect for our family. Location was nice. Walking distance to local beach. Unfortunately the house could have been a little bit cleaner but the most disgusting part was finding blood on the comforter. My poor daughter ended sleeping on the dirty comforter until I identified the dried blood. Management cleaned the comforter right away but was not very apologetic . Otherwise we really enjoyed our time.

This property was pretty much perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and an inviting home. We rented this property with 8 adult women in mind and there was plenty of room. They have a coffee maker and a Keurig, free Wi-Fi, AC, a garage, and very easy access to the beach, plus other amenities.
The only negatives I would mention is it would have been great to have the patio/pool furniture and deck cleaned of webs, and open the dishwasher after the last wash. Two very easy fixes. Otherwise, it was perfect. Thanks for this great property.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! We had two families there… 4 adults and 10 kids (all 10 and under)! It was easy for all of us to find a place to sleep and to sit and eat together too. The short walk to the beach was doable even by the two year olds. :) We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard! Very clean and well decorated to get us in the island mood. :) I also appreciated the extra items that they had available for use… boogie boards, beach wagon, high chair, pack n play, etc. I would definitely recommend.
Only negative - the only shower/tub downstairs was unavailable to use… so, it took extra time to get 14 people washed up.

Great House & Location
This house was perfect for our young family. It is literally across the street and down 1 house from the beach, with multiple accesses very close. On the Island, the house is centrally located amongst various activities. Not only was the house clean with plenty of towels & bedding, but we felt comfortable to spread out and relax. The heated pool felt amazing & was the perfect size. Out the front door, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our only complaint was you can hear everything from connecting back yards. The first night, right next to us was partying until the next morning hours. In every bedroom you could hear the music, and voices in some rooms too. We had to download white noise for all 3 of our kids rooms, and the master. Luckily they left the next day.

Lots of outside tables and chairs and a big table inside.

Not only is the home beautiful and well maintained, it has everything you need! From beach gear to a pack and play, it is all available and in good shape. The photos do not do this place justice! It is beautifully decorated, has a ton of natural light, a good amount of space for our group of 10, AND it is literally just steps from the beach. We can't wait to come back to this home!

Our family gathered from all over the US to share a fun family vacation. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is a perfect temperature. We happened to have some rain and thunderstorms but because we were so close to the beach it didn’t deter any activities. Bring lots of extra towels and your own trash bags. The floor is all tile, good for sandy situations but hard on feet and floor activities. Overall we loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!
