Very comfortable

spacious, clean and well laid out. air conditioning worked well, handy location near ferry terminal.

the lift wasn’t working the first day so difficult with access and heavy luggage however fixed the next day.

Beautifull apartment, poor maintenance

The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent. The designer invested a lot in fine details.

The check in was not smooth: we recived a wrong code for the entrance and it took a long time to get the right one. A few amenities did not work, the mirror had cracks and nobody adviced us in advance. Wifi was very slow or not working sometimes.

Location top notch. Unit beautiful very new, modern

Couch very uncomfortable for long evening as is sofabed. Large flat screen shown in picture tv did not work but smaller tv provided as stop gap

central location - perfect for sightseeing and staying close to the lake, historic place

Didn't live up to expectations

Location is really central and building is very pretty. The host is very kind and resourceful.

The keys being kept in a separate box in a different part of town is like playing an escape game. There is only one set of key, which was very difficult for us as we had a baby and a nanny whom we needed to separate and couldn't. Check in is quite late- 3pm and check out is very early at 10am. For a flat with one bedroom, the cleaning etc could be done faster. The host wasn't flexible on the check in time though I have inquired in advance. Though the flat comes with a kitchen, there is no coffee etc. The price is quite high, comparable to a hotel, but there are no services like daily cleaning etc.

Exceptional

It's really a nice and fantastic luxury apartment. We wished that we stayed longer in this apartment. It is a mix between historical building and modern apartment. Highly recommended.

Nothing, however, there is no parking in the apartment but there is a parking close to location (5 minutes walking) but on one day it was full so I had to park the car in the front of the building for couple of hours.

overall, it was a beautiful space but just needed more towels and more silverware

convenient location, cleanliness, kitchen and laundry

only one fork, no cooking knife, only two cappuccino spoons (no regular spoons), challenge to finding keys, no flexibility with check in, only two bath towels for three night stay

Luxurious and TOP location.

Beautiful apartment! Two people met us down stairs and they let us in and showed us the apartment and also gave us a map and some good tips for the area. It’s more of a Airbnb and not a hotel. The place is super modern and is well equipped. Ita only a 15min walk from the train station and only a 3min walk to the lake and main Como ferry terminal. You cannot beat this location.

Pretty hard to fault! The main tv was not working when we arrived and a tiny TV was replacing it. If it’s still broken for other guests I would suggest popping a bottle of wine in the room as a nice gesture for the inconvenience. It would also be good for there to be an umbrella for when it rains. They also only left us one coffee pod for our three night stay. Small things overall.

1.TV is not work and when asked to fixe the TV they took two days and brought a very small TV . 2.There is no cleaning service and upon request there is a payment ( very expensive) . 3.check in is very difficult as the key is placed five minutes away on foot where when you are from different places to the area you will waste the time searching for the key . 4.Unhelpful in dealing with guests . 5. There is no parking
