U hotelu je bilo lepo, osoblje je jako ljubazno, soba je uredna i lepa.
Zvucna Izolacija je losa kao i u vecini hotela na Laleli, tako da je jako bucno za spavanje. Lift se dugo ceka ukoliko neko drugi pozove lift, morate cekati da on izadje na svom spratu kako bi ste vi pozvali.

I promised before to come back to this lovely hotel and I did.
As before, in addition to the exceptional location the staff are extraordinary. Fuat, Shehmus, Tugba, Hassan, Meryam, and Laila were representing strong team together in the hotel is to help, facilitate, and cooperate. As a guest with big family they showed understanding, patience, and respect. I highly appreciate and admire the way they treated me and my family. They are the main reason for me coming back to Zalel hotel. May Allah bless them all.

Location was good, standard was OK, looked like affordable option within decent budget. Bed was comfortable, room was cleaned everyday, with fresh bottled water. Overall breakfast was tasty, with good choice
We had Triple room in our reservation (Genius upgrade) - so room around 26m2, we got standard double - it says 21m2, but it was really tiny, around 16m2. When I asked for change, guy at the reception first started saying that we got triple, and he can add extra sofa for triple (no chance any extra bed would fit to that room), then he was saying that to get genius upgrade I need to write a hotel and request it in advance - of course that's not how genius upgrade works. Later he called and offered changing room (it turned out that to exactly the same size) so I had to walk around the hotel and look at offered rooms, after seeing first room (same size) I gave up - I didn't come to Istanbul for a hotel-room trip. Didn't want to waste my time. Overall, experience with front desk wasn't good. I didn't feel treated fair and honest way, rather fraudulent.
Breakfast service was super slow, there was food missing in buffet all the time, tiny dining room, we had to wait for the tables.
