تجربة إقامة ممتازة ومريحة. الفندق نظيف والخدمة جيدة جدًا، وأود أن أشكر بشكل خاص العاملين في النظافة والمساعدة، فقد كانوا دائمًا متعاونين ومحترمين ويتعاملون معنا بكل لطف وابتسامة. كانوا حريصين على تقديم المساعدة وتلبية احتياجاتنا طوال فترة الإقامة. شكرًا لهم على حسن التعامل والضيافة، وبالتأكيد كانت تجربة جميلة

J’ai passé un séjour de 12 jours à cet hôtel ça était super bien .. le personnel est toujours à l’écoute serviable souriant bienveillant.. je tiens à remercier jaafer ,Mohamed ,fadhila ,selva et surtout Mr Ahmed abbes..
pour l’emplacement vraiment à deux minutes à pied de station Marmaray et métro et tramway il est proche de toute les commodités..
le point fort que L’hôtel dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée où nous pouvons réchauffer ou préparer nos repas..
le petit déjeuné se prépare amoureusement chaque matin devant nous et un petit déjeuner typiquement turque varié entre sucré et salé

La posizione era comoda per arrivare in centro con i mezzi o con una passeggiata di 30 minuti.La colazione era buona anche se prevalentemente salata.Si poteva usare la cucina in comune e avevi a disposizione sempre acqua e te. Il personale era gentile e non si sentiva rumore anche se l'albergo si trova in una zona vivace con tanti negozi.I materassi erano abbastanza comodi
Le camere sono piuttosto datate e la pulizia da migliorare.(qualche insetto)La nostra camera aveva poca luce naturale perché la finestra dava su un cortile interno,avevano promesso che ce la cambiavano il secondo giorno ma niente...
