Location was great as it was close to tram station and not too far from old city and related attractions. Mr Muharram was extremely nice and helpful and always available to assist us during our stay. The hotel was absolute value for money. I don’t think i have paid less than this for this type of hotel including reasonable breakfast in a very ling time anywhere.

Daily room cleaning was provided, which is highly appreciated. The location is very good, as it allows easy access to the tram and nearby bus station. Another positive point is that reception is available at night, even though staff rest during the day.
This hotel urgently needs maintenance, as several facilities require repair. Breakfast is scheduled to start at 7:00 a.m., but at that time they are only beginning to prepare, and it is usually ready closer to 8:00 a.m. This delay is unacceptable.
Check‑in was a disaster — it took a long time to receive the room, and when I was finally given the key card, cleaning was still in progress.
Although reception is advertised as 24 hours, during the day the staff were sleeping at the desk, making it impossible to resolve questions or requests.
