The room size that I booked were really nice. The style of the room was good and perfect location wise as the Fatih area has so many good cheap options to eat and close 15 ish minutes walk from most of places like grand bazaar. Blue mosque. Some cisterns. Topkapi palace and so on.
Unique part about this stay was that mini kitchen with sufficient utensils was provided so that you could cook whatever you want. Taxis drop you 2-3 mins away so that is comfortable too.
Breakfast was also really delicious on the terrace. Where the terrace has good sea view and good sunset view too.
The whole staff was amazing and friendly.
As mentioned in other reviews, the lights in the room are not bright. Bathroom utilities like soap shower gel and shampoos were not provided. Out of my 3 night stay 1 night was not provided in this hotel and I was requested to stay in another nearby smaller hotel owned by same owner for the first night.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who personally met us and explained everything we needed to know. Communication was excellent, and I could reach him anytime on WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the cleaning lady was absolutely amazing and took such good care of us, especially during breakfast. ❤️
I also loved the terrace, which was the perfect place to relax every evening with a cup of tea or coffee. ☕️✨
Definitely a place I would recommend, and I would happily come back again! 😊
The only thing I would suggest is having a little more variety in the breakfast. We stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfast was the same every day. I understand that breakfast is included in the room price, but it would be nice to have a few different options from time to time, such as some fresh fruit or an omelette. 😊

Good location, close to main landmarks, Clean, a stone's throw from restaurants
The apartment has a pungent, disturbing smell. They forced us to pay in cash, without a receipt, even though it was specified that we could pay by card. The next day after we checked in, after 11 PM, someone knocked on our door to pay, then the same person came the next day at lunchtime to ask us to pay for the accommodation, even though we had already paid. Breakfast is prepared by a very kind lady but who always seems to have a cold, coughs and blows her nose, next to the plates she prepares for breakfast
