The staff is friendly.
Breakfast was decent. The coffee machine didn't work.
The airport transfer was excellent: everything was honest, as described in the booking description.
Clean linens and towels. Soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided.
Wifi issues. Poor Wi-Fi, constantly disconnecting.
Poor lighting in the room and bathroom. There's one light bulb in the bathroom, making it dim. There's mold in the bathroom (photo).
Nowhere to hang coats. There's a narrow closet with one shelf and three hangers (photo). There's one hook in the bathroom.
Street noise, poor soundproofing, a gap under the door, you can hear everything from the hallway, and the window doesn't close properly, so you can hear everything from the street.
People smoke outside the hotel windows day and night, and the smell permeates the rooms; it's disgusting.
You have to ask reception to turn on the air conditioning. It shuts off at night: around 4-5 AM.
Twin room: the room has one double bed and one single bed, making the room very cramped. It's impossible to open the window because the bed is right next to it. Why is this? So that a double room can be declared a triple room if needed?
