We were happy with the accommodation considering the price we paid.

Location was quiet & quite handy for local facilties, especially transport links.

1)Heating was poor, 2) Fridge was broken, 3)No communal sitting room, 4)Poor lighting 4)Only TV channels available were in Turkish.

Все было не плохо.

Отзывчивый персонал. Было очень приятно,что мы были услышаны. Девушка организовала нам такси до аэропорта Стамбула. Кровать очень удобная! Все было чисто.

Ванная комната очень маленькая,душ просто неразвернуться и со скосом ,так же раковина ,ну только руки помыть ,умываться сложно. Место положение немного смутило,среди разрушенных домов,даже не подумаешь ,что там есть отель.

I Don’t recommend it to anyone.

Nothing, i didn’t enter the apartment, the electricity was down, the street very bad and scary i don’t recommend it to any couple or women, i don’t know how they make the count of good review.

Exceptional

We got a good room with balcony. Nice small family run hotel. Little bit out of the way but close to a metro station. Very comfortable stay.

Never again!

All things considered our room was clean and spacefull.

We arrived at midnight (as agreed with the hotel). Our room (that we booked 3 months earlier) was not available. At the frontdesk we found a woman that didn't speak english (not even the ABC). Using Google Translate she told us that she canceled the reservation because the cvc of the credit card was wrong. After we verified that it was not like this she changed the version and said that I wrote that I wanted to move the reservation one day later (and she didn't have any copy of this not existing request). At the end she said that she had a room available for the next day but she can not do anything for us for that night. It was 1 am and we didn't have a place to go but that was not her problem. We called 12 hotels in that area until we finally found an available room. As if it was not enought the next day we come back for the remaining 2 nights and she charged us for all the 3 nights (even the one we didn't stay in). When we told her that was unacceptable, she refunded the third night. Never again!

Ok for one night

Convenient to Marmaray and metro, also Havaist station at Aksaray. Good for staying for one night.

Super small bathroom, not very clean neighbourhood (anyway, it's Istanbul traditional neighbourhood...)

It’s very good for a budget-based plan. And near the touristic places

The price was fair overall. If you just need a place to sleep and go for tourism its good enough. The place is near the metro station and you can get to the airports easily. The place is quite. The room and the building is very clean and new. Whatever we asked for the staff were helpful despite the language barrier they were using translator app also. Always happy to support small business.

The neighborhood is little bit old but the building is new and the rooms.

Great place and will come back there when again in Istanbul.

The property was very well located near a communicatiin hub with.transport to all Istanbul. Apartment was very comfortable, clean, with great WiFi and air conditioning. Personnel was very kind and helpful. In sum I recommwnd this Apartment 100% :)

This is the first time I really feel upset from my reservation with booking at Konak Bella 3

First all the lady at the reception is not helpful at all and if you ask more than 2 questions she is getting nervous Another thing she speaks only turkish and she is from China origin and no English or Arabic using Google translation with impression that she doesn't want too many questions Another thing I've been 6 nights there since day one the TV not working I really have a bad experience for the 1st time Only the room is OK for cleaning The only good thing it is near to all means of transport

Good value and location, quiet area, close to sights.

Quiet considering daily call to prayer. Modern interior. Very nice and polite staff.

Shower needs fixing, head fell off a few times, surprising considering how modern the interior was. One light on side of bed was not working. The mattress had a big dip on one sided causing back ache. Cant speak for otherrooms of course.

Great apartment and nearby places to discover

+ Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Possible communication in English and Russian. + Clean rooms, clean bedsheets and bathrooms, open terrace + Near metro, in walking distance from old city, also I recommend you to visit nearby fishing pier (Balik Merasi) and Yenikapi park + Local grocery shop (accepts cash only) + Local kebab (was tasty)

At first, you may have bad impression of neighborhood — but believe, people here are nice and it isn’t dangerous. It looks authentic and people are living and working here

Great value for the price

Perfect location for public transport. Next to subways, ferry and port. Attentive and helpful staff. Special thanks to our friendly little helpers. Excellent price-benefit ratio. We felt safe.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent. It was very clean very cozy and very warm environment. The room was very very clean and the lady at the reception she was very helpful with a big smile and eager to answer to all our questions. Malika is a great asset to this hotel. Well done definitely I will stay there again.

Perfect location and very cozy room

Everything was great. The location is amazing - just a few minutes from the metro station and we were able to get to the most historical location just by walking. The room was very cozy and comfortable, way better than I expected. Will stay here again next time.

The Wi-fi connection could be a bit better during the evenings. Though there was an Ethernet connector that we didn't test, it probably could solve this problem.

Superb

The stuff was super helpful with everything. Even landing me some money so I can go eat because I arrived at around 23 pm with no local cash and was starving lol. They also helped me with the taxi and overall were just very friendly and helpful.

painful couple nights!

the lady working in the reception is very good!

The Air-conditioner and hair dryer doesn’t work! the moschitos woke me up biting!! bed sheets are old and crumbling!

Good location

The location of the accommodation was perfect for us, right next to the metro and Marmaray station. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough.

The bathroom was really small, which I expected, but it also smelled bad. In addition, we did not get a key to the main entrance, so when we returned in the middle of the night, it felt uncomfortable to wake someone up at that time to let us in.
