This was our first international trip, when we got to the hotel it was over whelming because the room and bathroom was small but the owner and staff made us feel comfortable and really took good care of us. We were safe, everything we needed was in walking distance. If you are ok with a small room and bathroom please book Sur1, you won’t regret it.
I was just overwhelmed by the size of the room and bathroom but I know now to check the size of the room before booking

В общем отель хороший Хорошее расположение, недалеко от метро. Тихая улочка, рядом небольшой магазинчик. Обслуживание и завтрак на высоком уровне. Номер был небольшой, но уютный. В номере есть всё необходимое, чистота и порядок, кондиционер работал исправно. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Сразу видно, что стараются сделать отдых гостей максимально комфортным, отдохнул превосходно. Но есть один нюанс. Не захотел писать его в недостатки, но должен сказать. Лестница узкая и подъем на четвертый этаж с тяжелым багажом будет непростым. Но не считаю это большим недостатком, так как персонал оказывает всякое содействие. Сотрудник сразу сам предложил отнести багаж наверх. Так что думаю с этим проблем не будет. Спасибо сотрудникам за прекрасную работу. Рекомендую для отдыха. Персонал примет вас как родных.
В номере была всего одна розетка.
