A Hidden Gem in Kadıköy! Exceptional Hospitality and Authentic Charm! "I spent 8 nights in this lovely mini-hotel and loved every minute of it. The manager is exceptionally hospitable, polite, and attentive—every request was handled flawlessly. The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to the metro and bus stops. It’s incredibly convenient: only 1 stop by metro or a 20-minute walk to the Kadıköy center and ferry station. The European side (Sultanahmet and Taksim) is just 2 stops away via the direct Marmaray line. There is a huge shopping mall with cafes right by the metro, and a fresh produce shop and a mini-market are just across the road. I booked a studio with a kitchenette. The room was spacious with high ceilings, a very comfortable bed, and great Wi-Fi. It was spotless and cozy. The kitchen had everything needed, including a kettle and an air fryer, which was a fantastic bonus. The TV worked perfectly with many functions. A quick note: smoking is allowed, but it’s better to step out onto the porch to keep the room air fresh. Since it’s a beautiful historic building, it has its own unique charm—you can hear the authentic creak of the wooden stairs and footsteps when guests go up to the second floor. It really adds to the vintage atmosphere. If you need cleaning or fresh linens, just ask the manager; he is always happy to help. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be back! Местоположение: 3 минуты пешком до станции Marmaray и метро Айрылык Чешмеси, 5 минут от торгового центра Наутилус с большим Каррефуром внутри (чтобы дойти до отеля, надо выйти из метро не к торговому центру а в другую сторону и, стоя спиной к ТЦ повернуть направо). 15 минут пешком до пристаней Kadikoy, причем без утомительных хождений вверх-вниз по холмам. Сам отель: на удивление хороший. Старый деревянный атмосферный домик (3 этажа). Тихий переулок, большие чистые комнаты, в каждой - холодильник и чайник. Вайфай приличный, кровать удобная, вода в душе горячая. Учитывая цену, ставлю заслуженную десятку.

Дверь в отель запирается на электронный замок, и на рецепции может никого не быть - поэтому при заселении лучше иметь работающий мобильник и позвонить, чтобы сотрудник подошел и открыл дверь.
