The location was excellent and the bathrooms were very clean.
My bed wasn’t comfy and gave me a bad back. Bad mattresses.

Pretty hostel with a very convenient location - a couple of minutes walk to the Manuel Antonio park and to the beach. Very friendly staff. Room is very basic but you get what you pay for. It didn't matter to me that there was no hot water as the weather was very hot in May. Breakfast was nice, on the third day there was a bit of choice. There is an onsite restaurant with a good variety of dishes and reasonable prices.

This place was great! This is such a charming place. All the glowing reviews talking of Oscar and the staff are completely earned by all the hard work of the staff! We stayed there a week. They work so hard keeping things very clean (they clean the bathrooms ALL day long.) The food was great. Breakfast very nice. Location - excellent! You are steps just around the corner from the beach AND you just don't get all the noise from the main strip. We liked that part. Wifi worked great. Oscar, Helen, and all the staff work so hard to make it a nice place for travelers of all ages. Thank you for a great stay!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location as it was very close to the National Park entrance.
The only thing I would say was not so good was the size of the bathroom, it was very small.
