About this cabin rental
Situated in Ferryville, this attractive cabin for $194 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. How our business started... In 1994 Eric started a small "part time" lawn mowing business for extra money that would eventually turn into much more and a full-time career and a family-owned company. In 1998 we were asked to manage a Vacation Home and being totally truthful... we had no idea of what we were doing and how fast we would learn. After having a terrible experience Renting a Vacation Rental in Northern Wis. I knew what my future would hold in the Property Management business. It was 3 simple things. 1) Be True and Honest to your Guests, 2) Treat our Guests the way I personally would want to be treated 3) Provide 5 star "Clean" accommodations and be better than the rest! After 20 plus years, KPS has several repeat guests and so many friend ships have been made. Till this day we still hold true to our 3-step system. We hope someday you can come enjoy one of our vacation homes or cabins. We are very proud of our Vacation Properties and the business we have created.

My family and I had the most relaxing time. We're from the city and could hear a pin drop! What a lovley change. Not to mention the sunsets that were to die for. Everything was provided for us which made things beyond easy!. We will definitely be back. If you ever want to sell thisn home I'm in!!!

Took a 3 night get away with just us and our two children to unwind from the crazy. This spot is perfect for that. Peaceful. Secluded. With all the amenities we needed.

Enjoy a hot tub outside and watch movies inside! We went to the closest Walmart on the first night and bought food for our stay, so we never had to leave the cabin for anything. The view from the porch was beautiful. The cabin was overall very clean. We would come back!

The wife and I stayed for 3 days. The fall colors were absolutely stunning. The view from the deck was beautiful.The cabin was very cozy and clean. Watching the sunsets in the hot tub was the best. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the amazing view at the cabin and plentiful wildlife on the property and in the area. On the property alone, we saw turkeys, rabbits, deer, and oh the fireflies! We brought our dog and having carpeted stairs for our guy who doesn't usually use stairs was comforting. Nearby we visited Amish country, numerous cheese stores, the Laura Ingalls Wilder birthplace in nearby Pepin, watched a tractor pull, and visited the Allamakee County Fair for amazing cheese curds, milkshakes, and fruit pies. Communication with Eric was quick and easy. Fishing in the local area was fantastic. We had a great time and would love to come back!

We had the best stay at sunset property. Couldn’t beat the view and serenity. So relaxing, quiet and secluded. Very beautiful place. Can’t wait to check out another property. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful place to stay.

I and a few girlfriends stayed for 4 days and we had such a great time! Everything was very clean and comfy. We had everything we needed and our stay was trouble free. The host was so friendly and accommodating. The hot tub was super clean too and was such a treat. I can highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Great getaway from the hustle of life. Very calming and relaxing. Early mornings and early evenings in the backyard are so calming. Love the sounds of nature.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The views were spectacular, the hot tub was extremely relaxing, and the house was spotless and in great condition. The only minor issue was there were some unwanted visitors (carpenter ants) in the kitchen that were a bit of an inconvenience but manageable.
Everything else was beyond perfect!

A wonder trip for the Original 5, my parents, 2 sisters and myself. We loved the views from the house and enjoyed our time together just relaxing in this beautiful home!

Mom purchased a VRBO (Chirstmas gift) Spring weekend package for her (4 sisters): 2 daughters and 2 daughters-in-laws. We had a wonderful time just catching up with everyone's busy schedule. A wonderful cabin I would recommend to others. We found the 4 sisters' restaurant in LaCrosse, WI that had wonderful food and cocktails. We visited Lansing, Iowa on Saturday and enjoyed the river and area for shopping and coffee. Everything was as the owners promoted. Thank you!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a relaxing getaway, and that is exactly what we found. Watching the sunset while sitting in the hot tub was a perfect way to wind down each night. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed.

We were looking for a Spring Break get away to forget about the hustle and bustle of our lives in the Twin Cities. And we got it! What an amazing place. We saw lots of deer and bald eagles. It was so peaceful and quiet. And the hot tub felt amazing after a day of hiking.

We took the week after Christmas to get away from all the hustle and bustle and recharge for the new year. We spent almost all the time at the cabin reading, playing games and just relaxing. While I was disappointed not to see any deer or eagles the view of the Mississippi and the sunsets we absolutely amazing. We would definitely visit again.

It was a very nice and cozy cabin. If the weather would have cooperated we could have explored the land as well but we enjoyed snuggling on the couch.

The stay at the Sun Set Cabin was exactly what these two teachers needed to get away from it all. The view, the comfort of the cabin, and the clear communication from Knutson Rental Properties made this a fabulous stay. We will be back next year and cannot recommend this place enough!

The cabin was very nice. It was private/quiet. The view of the river was beautiful. We mostly just stayed in, but there were a few short hikes nearby.

This was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our dog. My only complaint was it was too short. The property was exceptional and the hot tub an added bonus. Our weather was cold for the few days we were there but we bundled up and enjoyed a campfire.
The house itself was spotless and exactly as pictured. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away. I will caution those with dogs to be aware there are coyotes in the area. We heard them howl nightly and at times they were very close.
I am keeping this property on my list of favorites!

Sunset views are amazing! We were a bit ahead of fall colors which would only make it breathtaking! Visited Grand Dads Bluff in LaCrosse stopped at Great River Roadhouse for dinner. Visited Fort Crawford Museum in Prairie du Chien. Road many curves roads on our Harleys!

Property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. On top of that you have the Mississippi river view, sounds of nature. Close to civilization but secluded enough you can see the stars at night. Excellent!
