About this house rental
Nestled in Breckenridge, this attractive house for $439 per night is a great choice for your next break. This beautiful 5 bedroom mountain retreat townhome is in a great and convenient location. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge with many shops and restaurants and 9 minute walk to the high-speed Quicksilver chairlift at Peak 9. Breckenridge's ice arena is also a short walk away. This is located on the free shuttle route which runs twice an hour, with a stop just steps from the front door. The home is spacious and can accommodate sleeping for up to 14. This three level home has 5 bedrooms (plus small loft) and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy the oversized deck with private outdoor hot tub and dining after a long day of skiing or hiking. A full stocked kitchen and large vaulted living area is perfect for entertaining. Layout: - Bedroom 1 (top floor): King with attached bath - Bedroom 2 (main floor): Bunk beds (twin over full) and Trundle (twin) - Bedroom 3 (lower floor): King with attached bath - Bedroom 4 (lower floor): King - Bedroom 5 (lower floor): Two Twins - Loft (top floor): Queen futon Additional Bathroom on lower floor Parking: Two parking spots available on property. One car garage plus one additional parking spot in front of garage. Additional overnight parking is available at ice rink two blocks away ($15/day - weeknight, $25/day - weekend) Note: Our crews have limited time between guests to complete cleaning and inspections. Our stay was very good. We had no wifi, and that was problematic for our kids who needed to work from this location. Even though we didn't like the answer, Jeremiah's communications with us about it were very prompt.
A note for Jeremiah - I left the plug from my charger in the outlet upstairs in the bedroom - on the window side. It is black. If you did find it and have it, would you let me know so I could arrange to have you send it to me? Thanks so much. Merle

Location is great for a large group, close to skiing, with bus stop a few steps away, and easy access to Ice Rink for overflow parking. Everything we needed was provided. House was extra comfortable and fun.

Had a wonderful long weekend in this townhouse! The location was so convenient to the downtown area and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Will definitely look for this property for future Breck vacations.

Location, location location. So close to downtown, quicksilver, shuttle and Carter Park for sledding. We loved our stay and our host was very helpful. Part of our group arrived early and our host was able to let them into the unit a bit before normal check in. The hot tub was being serviced when we arrived which we loved as we knew it was cleaned and ready to use. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils which worked great for our large family group. If I had to be a little picky, there are 3 bathrooms but only one is not ensuite and there is not a bath on the main floor so if you have a a full house that might be a consideration. I would highly recommend this property and we would consider staying here again.

This house was great for our family of 10's ski trip to Breckenridge. Short walking distance to peak 9's lift and the ski rental place that was recommended (on the way to the lift)- which also offers free storage each night so we didn't have to carry our skis to and from the hill. Having 3 king beds was amazing too- everyone was comfortable. The cherry on top was waking up to seeing 2 moose RIGHT outside our front door. We all sat around the front windows and watched them for 30 minutes. Made the trip even more memorable! The hosts were so quick to get back to us and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. It all made for a great vacation!

Hosted my brother and 9 of his friends in Breckenrdige. This condo was perfect size and location for this group. We really enjoyed the condo space and accommodations. It was fully stocked. Location was very convenient - just minutes walk from the main strip. Nice hiking very near to the condo. Would definitely consider coming back for either a summer or winter trip!

Great place to call home in Breckenridge during our snow-cation! Nice big property that can hold a couple of families. Very convenient to town and even to Peak 9 lifts. Everybody in our group really liked the place and would definitely recommend for anybody looking to “roll deep”.

Three bedrooms are on the lower level, one bedroom with a set of bunk beds is on the main floor, and the upstairs loft area has a bed and it’s own bathroom. Showers worked great as we all were able to take warm showers without running out of hot water. Hot tub on the back patio was great after day of long hikes and was clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking at it.

The owners of the property are amazing. They are quick to respond and answer questions you may have or issues that arise. The property comfortably sleeps 13 and 14 if you utilize the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with items you might need. The location is beautiful and easily accessible to Main Street. The hot tub on the deck is a great way to start the day or end it. We loved sitting outside on the deck enjoying meals and family time together. Parking is tricky but manageable. There are lots of family games, televisions with Netflix, hulu, prime, etc for down time. The only negative was the cleanliness of the property. The floors weren't swept out mopped, it needed vacuuming, the counters had remnants of previous guest meals, the oven filled the room with smoke from previous guests baking and the rugs in 2 of the bathrooms had very noticeable dirt. We had to sweep the deck off, it was filled with debris from trees. The owners were quick to respond to the cleanness issues and did a refresh clean. We appreciated that very much. I think with a bit more attention to detail this can be an exceptional place to stay.

Great location, great property, great experience.
Warriors mark checked all the boxes for my family and I. It was the perfect size, location and had great amenities for our girls trip getaway! My only very minor critique was how dusty the condo was. However, we assumed it had been sitting empty for a few months due to COVID-19 restrictions so this was no big deal to us. The property owner was very gracious and timely answering all of our questions and we would most certainly look to stay again if traveling to Breckinridge. Highly recommend to everyone!
