Localização excelente, próximo a Vila dos Remédios. Mercado, padaria, lugar para almoçar e lanchar perto da acomodação. Vista linda, como nas fotos. O Cadu e sua esposa Marisa sao uns queridos. Nos receberam muito bem dando todas as dicas de passeios e lugares imperdiveis em Noronha.
Ótimo custo beneficio. Super recomendo!

Ich war schon ein paar Mal auf der Insel und diese Unterkunft hat mir bisher definitiv am besten gefallen. Besonders die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön! Das Bett war super bequem und der Gastgeber äußerst hilfsbereit und immer für Fragen da. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch Restaurants und Läden sind nicht weit entfernt. Ich habe mich hier wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nossa estadia no Flat Vista Mar foi perfeita!
A vista da varanda é maravilhosa e indescritível. As instalações são ótimas, confortáveis e tudo estava com uma limpeza impecável.
O grande diferencial, sem dúvida, é o atendimento da Mariza e do Cadu: fomos muito bem recebidos e tivemos total suporte e atenção sempre que precisamos, desde a chegada até a saída.
Recomendamos de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaremos!

Muy limpio todo. La atención excepcional. La cocina está bien equipada, muy útil para prepararse comidas en casa. Si bien nuestro hospedaje no tenía vista a ningún lado, hay una mesa en el deck que está disponible para usarse y tiene una vista espectacular a morro pico y al mar.
La ubicación podría ser un poquito mejor, pero está muy bien. Está 20 minutos caminando de praia do cachorro pero no es muy linda, la playa más linda es praia da Conceição que cada 30 minutos y la vuelta es en subida.
Por las fotos no quedaba claro si la habitación iba a tener vista al mar o no. En nuestro caso no teníamos ninguna ventana.
