Apesar do atendimento educado, a prestação do serviço deixou muito a desejar.

A Amanda foi cordial no atendimento por WhatsApp. A localização da pousada é boa.

A prestação do serviço ficou muito abaixo do esperado. Em 6 diárias, tivemos problemas em dois quartos diferentes: ar-condicionado soltando fumaça, troca de quarto, goteira e tomada com curto. O café da manhã também foi inconsistente: apenas em dois dias estava realmente completo; em outros faltaram itens básicos e no último dia os pães estavam velhos. A limpeza/manutenção também deixou a desejar, com pouca proatividade: marcas de lama no corredor e vazamento de água só foram tratados após solicitação. No geral, a experiência foi bastante prejudicada. Tenho registros em fotos e vídeos dos problemas relatados, mas optei por não expor publicamente em respeito à pousada, mantendo as evidências apenas para eventual tratativa com a Booking.

A pousada é ótima, ambiente tranquilo e familiar, com um café da manhã diverso (bolos, cuscuz, pães etc). Além disso, Amanda e Rose são muito queridas. Você percebe o atenção e o cuidado que elas tem como os hóspedes antes da chegada até o momento da partida. Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e Amanda sempre atenciosa e solícita conosco nos ajudou demais. Muito obrigada!
