Very affordable stay. Fully furnished apartment with free parking. Full kitchen utilities, microwave, electric stove, kettle, fridge, some plates n cups & washing machine. Also got tv (we dont really watch tv). No AC, just ceiling fan, complete with water heater n toilettries. If got any issue or complaint, just ws the number given, they respond within 1 minute. Very2 responsive.
There are a few hiccups during my stay:
1. The check in counter is not in the same building, need to drive a bit, yes it is opposite building but quite far by walking distance.
2. Clogged sink, the first thing i notice just after check in. Very good that the maintainance team come within 10 minutes of report, however the issue was quite major, he needs around 30 minutes to sort it out, we were planning to go out but need to wait until the repairman completes his job. What a hassle.
3. Gate in parking wont open. After i complain to management, turns out the receptionist wrongly register my car plate number. Hmm.
4. Misleading instruction regarding access card. They gave 2 card, one for room, another one for lift. But the guy at the counter told me only use one card for everything. We were stuck in the lift multiple times, met with other tenant, they also facing similar issue.
Will i stay here again in the future? Maybe yes maybe no, see how desperate i am.
