Great Location !
The hygiene could be better especially the futons and a mini fridge that never gets cold !

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment because it was comfortable and reasonably priced, so I felt it was worth the price. Having a KK Mart downstairs was also very convenient. The two lift access cards made things easier, and I really appreciated that a card was provided for parking access. The male staff member was also very polite, kind and considerate. He was easy to communicate with and made everything much easier for us.
One thing I was not really comfortable with was the way one of the female staff handled the situation. I understand that dealing with customers can be challenging, but sometimes customers may arrive late at night, especially during heavy rain and cold weather, and may feel worried or stressed due to slippery and unsafe road conditions. In such situations, I think a little more patience and understanding towards the customer would make a big difference.
Other than that, everything was good. One small suggestion would be to provide more carpets, as the apartment can feel quite cold without them. It would be nice to have something to step on, especially in the morning or at night hehe. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay.
Oh! One more thing, the bathtub could not be used because the drain stopper was missing, so the water could not stay in the bathtub. Hopefully, this can be checked carefully before the next guest arrives.
