The environment was very nice. The clouds were trying to come inside room. I like that environment and good for the people who loves nature and environment and a peaceful life
The reception was in car parking area and the key to collect from a car which is parked in a parking area. So many conditions to live in the apartment and no basic requirements are provided.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. I really appreciated the staff’s excellent service. They were friendly, helpful and very responsive. When I requested a room upgrade, the staff acted quickly and assisted me throughout the process.
A bit surprised by the check-in process as the access card had to be collected from a car, but everything went smoothly.
