The staff are extremely helpful. Laundry self-service is good.

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always smiling. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and many attractions. The room was small, as expected in Japan, but it was more than sufficient for a comfortable stay after a full day of exploring. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well organized. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.
The only minor downside was that the hotel corridors and elevators were not air-conditioned, which was noticeable during the hot summer weather. However, the lobby, restaurant and rooms were all well air-conditioned, so this did not significantly affect our stay.

Convent, clean, lots of extras
Children older than toddlers won’t get facilities or beds.
Rooms very small intended for very short stays.
