The location was close to The Osaka Train station and a Family Mart.

Proximity to the Shinkansen train station (longer walk within the station than outside to the premises) was especially useful as we used the bullet trains for all of our excursions. Happy that reception could arrange for our luggage to be forwarded on to Shibuya. Breakfasts were included in our booking and the meal served in the cafe on the ground floor was plentiful (for us) - made for a good start to the day. Laundry facilities were available although we didn't require them.
Room was probably the smallest of our Japan stays but adequate for our 2 night stay.

Near to the station. The bed was comfortable. Laundry machine. The staff was nice
Breakfast was bad. Just one washing machine means long blocked time, if you need laundry. Noisy. You are in a prision and can't wake up a friend on another floor.
