Very good location. Near the Subway. Very clean. A slightly odd room setup with the bathroom separating two beds . However I knew that and it provided more space so I've no complaints. Breakfast was very nice.
At this price... Nothing.

The staff were so nice and lovely and helpful. The location was quite near to Osaka station and there’s massage parlour right next door and convenience stores nearby. We could also grab nice free coffee and any toiletries.
Buffet food could be better.

Location for us was very convenient and we liked a lot that they have smoking rooms where you can actually open windows and breathe fresh air
Breakfast was a bit minimalistic compared to their other locations but still nice to have it included with room and their food is always fresh
