The reception was lovely, staff were really helpful as my fiancés suit case broke at the airport, they offered to get rid of it for free when we asked what to do with it. I was expecting to pay a fee as seemed to be normal when removing larger rubbish items.
Easy to check in.
Close to shin Osaka station, bullet trains etc. though in hindsight sight I may locate us closer to the shopping district next time.
Wooden tv units were a little older and chipped but nothing to bad.
Overall the bed was comfortable and the staff were great, cleaning service came daily and provided new towels and pajamas
I would like to preemptively say that my fiance and I did book a smoking room as only a few months before he smoked, however he had successfully quit before we went but it was too late to change it - I am aware that nicotine stains everything over time (walls, furniture etc) which was the case in this room which made things look ‘dirty’ - not the hotels fault but the walls were severely stained with it Almost looking like it had ran down the walls. - Be mindful when booking a smoking room as you will get what is expected from one.
however the fridge in the room stopped working on our last day there which we had various food in it there needed to be thrown out, the fan in the bathroom also did not work so it fogged up the room. The bathroom is also not designed for anyone that is tall - like my fiance- he did have to crouch when in the shower etc. (I do understand that things are generally smaller in Japan however our other stays of this trip although small in room size did not have the same height problem)
