Great Check in experience - manager is on the ball. My flight landed at 22:00 - she assisted me with a transfer that waited (and didn't charge extra as my flight was delayed), keys were in the room so I could go straight to bed and complete paperwork in the morning.
Our group of 5 booked tours and experiences through the hotel - great prices and pick up.
The pool area is wonderful! Great to relax.
Daily room cleaning and 2 x 500ml water provided - such a treat.
Close to great restaurants, shops, pharmacy, tailors in Hoi An.
Bedside light wasn't working - I kept forgetting to tell the ladies. Nothing else - it was such a great stay (12 days).

I'd stay here again! I honest can't imagine staying anywhere else.
The two young receptionist's made our stay memorable and enjoyable. They helped book our tours (Cham Island, My Son Ruins, a Street Food Tour) and were great at being clear about costs, who to pay and when payment should be made (to the hotel or the tour guide). They were full of advice and recommendations which I appreciated. They'd also checked each day if we'd like our room cleaned and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. We enjoyed spending time in the crystal clear pool. Our room was huge and we could easily open our suitcases without them being in the way.
The blue swimming towels have gotten a bit worn out.
There was a small seating area between our room and the next room which looked lovely in the pictures, but unfortunately all the chairs were broken and the space couldn't be enjoyed.
The towel rail in my room was located inside the shower. This meant that any towels hung there got wet when the shower was used. There was nowhere else in the bathroom to hang towels. I'd suggest adding wall hooks or a freestanding towel rail outside of the shower area.

Great location a few minutes walk from the Old City but right by nicer restaurants and shopping. Staff was great and helpful, room was spacious, clean and modern, and we used the pool every day.
