Location was very convenient to the train station and great restaurants.
I booked this hotel at the airport and wasn’t aware how compact the rooms were. Even thought they were compact, all essential items were included.

I always choose to stay here before I leave Japan because it's close to Narita Airport. The location is very close to Chiba Station, about a 3 minute walk and the nearby Station is home to very many great stores to visit, perfect end to any Japan trip. The staff are friendly and are good at communication, with a few able to speak English. I needed to store luggage for a bit before checking in and the staff who helped me immediately knew what I wanted and prepared everything needed.
My only complaint is a very small one but I wish I could've checked in earlier than 3 pm but realistically, it's such a small complaint because I was able to store my luggage beforehand.

The property is located very close to the station. The building looks new.
My room is as small as hotels that cost me half or less
No nearby smoking area
No interesting spots around the hotel.
