Breakfast was great, staff were very good, they were helpful, taxis came within a few minutes which was good not having to wait too long.
Language had a few difficulties but worked it out.

Big hotel, nice and quite. Parking is available and some.good food options just across the road.
The view was amazing of the whole port!!
I wasn't able to use the spa due to my tattoos. Location unfortunately was a bit far from transportation so we had to hire a car which turned out to be an amazing experience so was actually a win.

The onsen is good. The room size is average.
Some facilities are quite worn. Poor variety of food for breakfast. Food is not replaced timely. Parking fee can be more reasonable.
