I liked that we didn't need a key and could come and go as we pleased through keyless entry. The location was fantastic, being barely 10 minutes away from downtown Helen and not far from Unicoi State Park! All appliances worked perfectly for the duration of our trip - dishwasher, washer, dryer, grill, kitchenware, etc. At first there was an issue with the little storage shed being forced open by some creature and going through the trash, but our contact Ashley was awesome and quick in responding to my texts and got someone to come out and fix the door and made it so this animal couldn't get inside and make a further mess. Love the jacuzzi and pool! This was a big part of why we reserved this cabin. They also had cleaners come out when it stormed badly one night to clean up any fallen debris and leaves that came into the pool. Internet was fast enough for our family of 6 to enjoy! The privacy was great and no shortage of entertainment to be had while staying there.
We did notice 2 of the darts were missing, the handle on top of one of the air hockey paddles was broken off, one pool stick was missing the tip, and the basketball backboard in the bunk room was cracked all most likely due to previous tenants. However, this didn't bother us too much and we still made it work with what we had and did not stop us from enjoying what the cabin had to offer!

The view was amazing!
Definitely needs more lighting around the house at night time. We couldn’t see without having to take a flashlight. Luckily they had flashlights in the house.
The tv in one of the rooms didn’t work.
Also found a knife on the wall like someone before us had put it there not sure. But I seen it before the kids did so wasn’t a big deal.

I liked how well furnished the property was. Property had many features to keep everyone entertained and comfortable.
The cleaning fee was excessive.
