Roam the 2,400-acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The condo was just right! Central to everything in Baytowne. Very comfortable beds and spacious condo. Ellah, Diane, and Jodi were so easy to communicate with and so very helpful. We loved it so much we extended our stay at another one of their properties down in Miramar. This property team does a great job! Definitely a yes to return to this property.

We enjoyed our stay at observation point. The condo was decorated nicely and was easy access to the village of Baytowne. We enjoyed the large balcony which overlooked the village.Our host was very responsive. The code to get in our room did not work upon arrival and we had to call. We were immediately given a new code. Also, our AC went out one evening so we did have one evening of restless sleep due to it being hot in our room. We called first thing the next morning and they sent someone over right away and repaired the AC. One thing to note about the front bedroom is the noise from the village was loud at night (probably people at Rum Runners). We used a sound machine, but it was still loud from people leaving the bar. Our overall impression of Baytowne was good for kids. We weren’t impressed with the food, service or atmosphere at Hammerheads. That’s a shame too since we used to love going to Hammerheads. Doubt we will visit there again.

The location was great. The condo was clean and spacious. The communication could have been better. We were very confused about the amenities, parking and access.

For our 1st time in Sandestin, this property is a good location to get anywhere. The Villages at Baytowne had something entertaining every night for the kids to do. The only downside is the communication with the property management team and the dryer appliance didn’t work well. Beyond Blue’s hospitality app was not easy to navigate and they kept changing the phone number to contact for any questions and for check-in and check-out. Rooms were fairly clean except for the carpeting. The dryer heating element was pretty much shot, so we had to air dry our swimsuits and towels nightly. Overall, we’d look at a different location our next stay.
