I not sure about the breakfast all we saw was a loaf of bread, spreads, milk and cereal
Not sure just say kitchen facilities available with minimal food, bring your own basically.
Bathroom soap dispensers broken and cobwebs on the windows.

I understand Kandos is a small town and running a hotel is not easy.
The only item which needs attention is more clarity around breakfast. We had no milk and had we known beforehand we would have bought some with us.
We were the only residents overnight and breakfast area needs to be kept cleaner more so because of non use.
Nothing in general. Bistro was excellent and rooms were very good.
