The location is absolutely perfect, central and close to absolutely everything, the area is safe. The price is very competitive.
A lot of little things weren’t quite fixed, for example the heading of my bed was not fixed to the wall but only held up by the bed itself, so it kept moving throughout the night as I was on the bed, or one of the showers’ switch from overhead to the smaller shower head did not work.
As mentioned in other reviews there is a lot noise coming from outside and that is especially difficult to handle when hot outside and windows have to be kept open.

The location was perfect if you want to be in the mix. Also the room was a comfortable size, the common quarters were great and if you want to work, it is possible both in your room and the common quarters. There was always a clean bathroom free also. Fridge, washing machine and cooking facilities were also great.
It was not 100% soundproof.

I had a lovely 8 night stay just 2 blocks away from River Po. Place has 11 rooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. In December the room was warm. The bar downstairs was not a problem, because I had ear plugs. Common areas were cleaned every day. Communication with Niccolo was great. There is a great Museum Accorsi-Ometto just 2 blocks away.

Amazing location, plenty of bathrooms, good communication
Theres a cocktail under the rooms that play really loud music until early morning on the weekends. So earplugs are a necessity.
