Great location near train station, most if not all sightseeing locations and museums are at a walkable distance. Very clean room and facilities, bins in the room were changed every day with the option to have the room cleaned too if needed.
The private room we stayed in also included AC, which was a godsend.
Staff we spoke to also understand/speak Spanish and English, which was also a blessing as I sadly dont know a lick of Italian. I forgot to ask names but you're all great👍👍
The building has a small lift which saves you from carrying luggage up stairs.
The water refill station in the lounge does sparkling water as well as still, which was great
The countless good ratings are very justified.
