I really loved the cozy, intimate atmosphere of the hotel. The infinity pool with the sea in the background was definitely the most beautiful part, especially during sunset.
What I would especially like to mention is the staff. Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s names, but the servers, receptionists, and managers were all very polite, kind, and helpful. They genuinely tried their best to accommodate any requests and make the stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel was also very clean, parking was easy and convenient, and the location was great — very close to restaurants, grocery stores, several beaches, and beach clubs.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay because I was traveling with my mother and needed a hotel with easier beach access. Vivid Blue provides a shuttle twice a day to Pura Vida Beach, which is only about a five-minute drive away, but the access to the beach still involves a fairly steep walk and was not convenient for her.
We ultimately moved to another hotel with much easier access to the water. I don’t necessarily consider this the hotel’s fault, but it is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with elderly parents or anyone with limited mobility.
Since we had to leave early, I contacted the hotel regarding the possibility of a partial refund. I understand that our reservation was non-refundable, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from the sales manager despite following up and waiting a couple of weeks. Even if a refund is not possible, I would have appreciated a reply from a hospitality standpoint.

The hotel is beautiful, the view is insane!
The pool was amazing.
The room was big, clean and nice.
The stuff welcomed us with a warm greeting and through all out stay they were nice.
BUT the food was absolutely terrible for our taste.

The pool area was very relaxing, always clean, and not too busy. There were always sun beds available and they were really comfortable.
The music by the pool was a bit annoying as the same songs kept being played. The fridge in the room could have been bigger. The breakfast was solid but not spectacular.

We loved the staff. Amazing people at the front desk. Great service during the breakfast. Also the breakfast was good. The upgrade to the ocean view balcony room was great. The welcome with mimosa felt nice. The view from the room was good.
The parking was not as per 4star hotel standards. We had to drag the bags on the road to enter the hotel from the parking lot. On the second night, while it was raining, the water came into our room from the entrance door slit. The bathroom door got stuck and it was difficult to open it. The air condition was not cooling the room, hence we couldn’t have good night sleep on both the nights, hence we decided to keep the balcony door open but it was tooo windy outside. The price we paid was for 4 star facility, but it didn’t feel that way. Again, I want to highlight, staff helped us a lot in every way possible (I have given decent rating just because we loved the staff), but they could not have adjusted the ac temperature ( as it was controlled centrally) or stopped the water from entering the room, etc
