The stuff is very friendly and polite. The food is good. The rooms are spacious and pretty clean. High speed internet.
The rooms are not modern, and some of the furniture and fixtures are damaged—for example, there are broken mirrors and a chipped sink. The town also has neither many restaurants nor a promenade.

the view was nice, but it is located close to a very circulated street. the room was big and we had enough space, and it has a n equiped kitchen and a bigger than normal fridge
dirty/the carpets was awful, with stains and marks everywhere, we didnt have towels when we arrived, just a few shower bottles and most of all this hotel is not situated in Sveti Stefan as the address indicates/look on the map. We were expecting something else. The manager was very kind in the end. what i found really strange that this hotel pride itself in being a hotel that offers training for future hotel staff and says it is the only one that does that in Montenegro/really low standards from my point of view. We paid for two nights but we were offered to leave after the first night, with money back, which I really appreciated.

so when I first checked in I was ready to rate this as 2-3, but staff was very helpful and nice, and also I figured out that it’s the carpet that makes this look so bad at first glance, it’s actually good

The Sunset views were spectacular. Nice big windows with clear views of the sea. It was a quick walk to a very nice little beach. The staff were extremely polite and responsive and spoke great English.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but this hotel needs feedback and Booking needs to adjust their recommendations. It felt like they are barely staying in business. The owner/manager seemed nervous and was constantly scrambling. The overall quality of the facility is sub three stars; mismatched toiletries like they were leftover from several hotels, cracking plaster, dirty grout in a small bathroom, curtains with burn holes and stains. Everything feels outdated. Was disappointed that the parking was €10 a night, or park on the street. The carpets in our room were absolutely filthy. They cleaned it thoroughly our second day there, but I had to complain. The mattress was what you would expect at a two star hotel, all of the furniture showed obvious signs of long wear. Very basic cheap towels that were fraying. The walk to the beach is down a very steep hill, lots of steps. Everything in the listing made us think that we were going to be basically beachfront. Directly out the front door, between the hotel and the sea, is the busiest road in the region with constant traffic of buses and trucks, motorcycles and tourists. The WiFi in the room never actually worked, and we had to connect to the room above ours, and that connection was always dropping us. We were hopeful from other reviews that the breakfast was going to be amazing, but it was very standard, fine.
