Modern, clean, and features a wonderful view during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the female manager is lovely and excellent at her job. It is a quiet boutique hotel close to the city that feels cozy and welcoming. It also has a perfectly equipped gym. We would definitely recommend it!

The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. The outdoor pool was beautifully maintained, and everything was very clean overall; the room was nice and spacious with a great view of the pool and the ocean.

So clean and quiet. Pool was lush! There is a short walk to the beach with lovely restaurants and amazing views. The staff were so helpful, polite and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay- they are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and a real treat- so much choice!

The property itself was very clean - the rooms and everywhere else.
The room was spacious, well lit and generally well designed, with everything one could need. - Great blackout curtains.
Breakfast was tasty, with some local options.
The cook and cleaning ladies were absolutely sweet.
We got a complimentary bottle of wine, as we were celebrating our engagement.
Contact with reception through whatsapp is smooth.
Wifi works very well.
The gym is well stocked and clean.
The lack of being upfront about payments and general greed of the management.
When we arrived on our first day at 16:30 we were told we could not use the spa that day as it was already fully booked - we paid for spa access in the price of the room and couldn’t use it. As we stayed friday evening - sunday morning the receptionist reluctantly agreed for us to use the spa on Saturday and Sunday. One hour max, each time, an extra hour was 20€. In any reasonable hotel, we would be using the spa at least 3 times, with unlimited time.
The only pool suitable for swimming is located inside the spa, meaning you have max 1 hour to use it. The indoor pool is also very cold. The outdoor one is not heated.
We hoped to get a massage at the spa, ready to pay extra for it; but the masseuse had apparently quit, so no massage for us.
We asked the receptionist to turn on the saunas at 11, so they would be ready for our slot. She did not turn on the dry sauna, only the steam room.
The jacuzzi from the photos was nowhere to be found.
For some reason all the door handles at the spa are completely damaged and the locks on the cabinets for personal items at the spa rusty. And there is no toilet seat in the spa toilet. On the second day, about half of the lights in the spa were turned off; so we got to shower in the dark, as we could not find the light switch.
The rooms are advertised to be soundproof; but that’s as far from the truth as it could be. We could hear the group next to us having a conversation at 1 in the morning.
The reception is not 24 hour; but 7-23; so we could not get a receptionist to talk to the loud neighbors. The parking situation is not great either. There is a 2 level parking costing 10€ per day.
The vegetables and salads at breakfast looked to be about 4 days old, in both cases.
The manager seems to be a tad aggressive about asking guests for their room numbers at breakfast - of course it’s important, but maybe in a bit less harassing tone.
