Was spacey, kids enjoyed the pool. Was hot inside we called a number that was on the thermostat and they turned it down. Yard was kept up nicely.
The floors were dirty, the shower weren't clean and 1 shower has black and red mold. There was garbage and dirt under the couchs. 1 shower the handle is falling off. The hot tub was ice cold. It was 80° and muggy when we showed up. There was something biting us when we were sleeping in the beds. There was a snake in the garage. There was old pool toys laying all around the pool. The pool was very low the skimmer was sucking up air was shooting out tons of bubbles if i didn't fill the pool the pump would've burned out.

We loved the location and the space the home provides. We decided to heat the pool due to the fluctuating temperatures.
The renters before us were partying and removed from the property. Needless to say the house was a mess and not ready when we arrived which is understandable. The one guy cleaning was friendly and allowed us to bring our stuff in. I went ahead and cleaned myself after he left as it was still filthy because he was rushing as fast as he could. Be respectful of other people’s property or stay home!!

Amount of rooms
The pool was too hot for us to enjoy due to they had the heat set to be on. No one came to turn it off. the internet went out so we had no tv for two days, it was ants in the room on the dresser bed etc. The flys are terrible
