My room was spacious and clean. Everything seemed fairly modern. Staff were very kind and attentive. The location was fine. I loved the blackout curtains. I slept very well. Great shower.
Parking space is cramped if you have a truck, but I was still able to park. Breakfast is not included after 9 am. I received a message saying breakfast was until noon, but it’s not included so that was confusing. I wanted some fruit at 9:30 am and that was impossible without paying. I found that rude and weird. Give your guests fruit.

Very clean, easy access

Close to the where we needed to go.
The room we booked was for a King bed. When we entered it felt warm. We left the downstairs people know and was moved to a different room with a smaller bed. This room also had AC issues we let the staff know that there was no change. We were ignored. The maintain guy told us we can’t control the temperature in the room only the person at the front desk. When we asked the man at desk about it he said he’s internet was down and couldn’t look further into it. We had to leave due to it getting late for our family function. At the end we came back and a different person was behind the desk. We informed him about our issue he said, if you go in your room and it feels the same call and we can move to another room. When we went into our room it felt the same as when we left 82 degrees. We called down stairs and were finally moved to a different floor where the AC was working properly. However we given a room with two smaller beds.
