Beautiful luxurious stay

Beautiful property, courteous staff, delicious dinner, and overall a luxurious stay. It’s 70km outside Jaisalmer city but is better than all other hotels in this price range.

Breakfast spread could have been better.

The best Royal Rajasthani experience in regards to stay, food and music.

The Royal ambience. The idea of leaving inside a historical fort. The dinner was excellent under the night starry sky, with Rajasthani specialities to eat, especially the Laal Maas and Safed Maas. The traditional Rajasthani live folk music. It was all so Magical.

Amazing heritage property

We loved the hospitality, the property and the food. We especially loved the care taken by Mr. Prashant during our entire stay. He made sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. As we were the only guests at the property, we lived like royalty.

The location is pretty far from Jaiselmar and there isn't much to do in Mohangarh.

Exceptional

Awesome place Awesome staff Awesome feeling Everything was perfect and felt like a king as this was a palace turned to hotel. Very much comfortable and best place to stay and relax.

Location is really a challenge if you plan for any sightseeing in Jaisalmer. All major locations are more than 70 kms from this place. So spend leisure time here but if planned any major attractions pls stay in city with better options. Longewala/ Tanot Mandir/ Border more than 100 kms.

Exceptional

WE had a great time staying in Mohangarh Fort. Enjoyed every bit of our stay there. Special mention of the staff Mr. Prashant who took great care of all of us. Food was amazing and the evening folk music with bonfire was really very much enjoyable.

Not Recommended! Worst Booking Decision!!

Property being a heritage site is beautiful

1. Unfair price of every food and water item 2. Rude reception staff charging hefty amount of their choice for any request 3. Photography is not allowed. Was asked to pay 35k for 1 hour of taking photographs 4. Isolated location with Jaisalmer about 1:30 hr distance. That's 3 hr to and fro drive only 5. No food menu. Only sandwich and pakora available for snacks and limited buffet menu. 2 day stay with 3 time snacks and 2 time dinner will cost about 20k. Yes!! That's how expensive they charge their guests!

it’s an amazing property. As soon as you get into the building it feels like you are in another country. So beautiful and well maintained. room are great and service is amazing.

Worth visiting the hotel

The property is a dream fort hotel. The owners have really done a exceptional and a thoughtful planning in re-developing a fort to a hotel. An elegant, luxurious, cozy a truly youngest fort hotel. Staff is polite and humble. Dubeyji manager at hotel is a gem of a person. And the ground staff team member Sawai is truly warm person. Worth driving 50 kms to experience this fort hotel.

It's very bad bad and tiring.

Location of property is at a far distance place and lot's of time consumed while travelling to city and to sand dunes. Also rate is very high. Staff is also not cooperative and accommodating.

Nothing, as location cant be shifted to major attractions and to nearby city

The beauty of the fort. The room

The quality of food. And staff service. Staff is friendly but lacks professional training. Food was v average and limited. Esp non veg dishes. There were flies etc in the eating area.

Comfortable and Peaceful

The stay was very comfortable and quiet which we were looking for. The staff was very warm and hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The Rooms were tastefully done and all the facilities provided were lovely. Evening cultural program with dinner was also a great experience.

the staff was courteous and eager to serve. Sawai singh and his team were extremely forthcoming. a special mention for the chef who came up with the best “Lal Maas” we have ever had in Rajasthan.

Value of your money. Excellent stay

Room is very clean and neat. Linens are very good and maintenance is up to the mark. Breakfast is excellent and the staff was very friendly. I give 10/10 for this property. The manager (around 60-65yrs. old man) very friendly and helped in getting the wifi.

gem of a place. an actual fort with excellent accommodation and service

historical fort that you can actually stay in. fabulous accommodations and service. Ananth provide us a personal tour of the fort and the historical artifacts

Rajasthani Rustic Chic Palace Hotel!

I ADORE the sprawling rustic layout. to know that this was the last castle built by the Raj in India, means this place was steeped in history. I love the vibe, spaciousness, Rajasthani rustic chic! The manager Anant was very kind and helpful, as was the well spoken restaurant waiter Raju. Super spacious rooms and comfortable beds. All the tile work is rather beautiful. Huge bathrooms and had I stayed longer I would have used the pool. A+.

It’s a bit of a journey to Jaisalmer, but it’s far from the crowds so no complaint.

A beautiful place to be in. Everything was great about the place . From the checkin till the checkout , you can sense the great hospitality for which Jaisalmer is known for. The staff is super humble and makes sure that you are properly taken care off. Rooms are exactly how it is mentioned on the website. Clean and gives ypi a good vibe. Definitely worth a visit

Great stay for Honeymoon!!

Loved Everything!! Great bath tub, friendly staff... Cute location.. amazing swimming pool.. a good games and pool table room... A very great location for photography as well.. enjoyed the dinner and live music too!
