O apartamento no geral é bom e bem equipado. A senhora que nos entregou o apartamento foi cinco estrelas.
Aquando o check-in e apesar de ter informado a hora de chegada, o apartamento não estava limpo. Automaticamente o check-in foi adiado, o que afetou o restante dia. O sofá cama não tinha condições para dormirem lá, o que resultou numa dormida no chão toda a semana. O acompanhamento e compreensão da equipa “central” foi nulo. Obras no apartamento ao lado que começavam as 7:30 da manhã.

Contacto com um funcionário (via telemóvel), do qual não sei o nome, embora fora de horas de trabalho. Foi extremamente grosseiro e insolente.

The property was near to all amenities
The bed was hard, the sofa bed was so dirty and uncomfortable that it was no possible to sleep. I found cockroaches and that was very disturbing.
