The apartment was excellent in all aspects and had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. The proximity to the vibrant marina with its wide range of restaurants was really good.
It would have been better to have a key safe at the apartment rather than having to drive to a very desolate industrial area late at night to pick up keys from a key safe. This initial arrival wasn't as clear as we'd have liked. In part, this was due to the email being sent while we were travelling by air and me not fully understanding the instructions - if this email was sent the day before it would allow better preparation.
Something that needs to be looked at is the pool area. The pool and surroundings are very clean and tidy and the water quality is good, however there are large areas of the pool with broken or missing tiles, including in the water and around the edges. There are also only 6 sunbeds and a few tables and chairs - this is nowhere near enough for the demand.

everything the location was a perfect distance from the beach and the marina the guy we met with the keys Roberto was ever so helpful and accommodating with any problems we had would highly recommend this location
the weather was dissappointing the 4 days we stay but still enjoyed the break

It would better if someone would meet you at the property rather than us having to find the office to pick up the key. We were in a taxi and the driver struggled to find the office.
Also, when we enquired whether we could pick up the keys a bit earlier as our flight arrived in Portugal at lunchtime. We were told that we would have to pay €30 to do this!
