Excellent location, efficient staff. Room was nice on the whole and I slept well.
There were hairs on my towels, on my bed and lots of hair on the floor. I wanted to make myself a coffee but the kettle didn’t look clean so I tried to wipe it but there was so much brown gunk, it simply wasn’t sanitary.

Great location, in park setting and close to metro
The wifi was very poor, slow speed and kept dropping out. Had to sit in reception to use it. I needed good access so ended up moving hotels as the staff weren’t able to improve my access. I was aware that other guests weren’t experiencing the same issues but the staff weren’t willing to change rooms.

Location
We stayed in a room for 2 nights in this hotel on our 1st stop in Uzbekistan tour but the room which was given to us has the problem of locking the bathroom door. They showed us the next room when we told to change the room but that room had a bad smell so we couldn’t change. They told us that it will be changed next day but we didn’t keen on changing just for 1 night. When we again stayed during our last stop, we booked a higher category room but there also one bedside light was not working. They couldn’t even fixed it.
