The hotel staff and manager were customer focused, caring and attentive.
The absence of an elevator makes it challenging to carry heavy luggage up the flight of stairs. The staff, however, were very kind and carried the luggage themselves, refusing to accept our help.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here. The location was excellent, the facilities were great, and our room was very clean and comfortable.
The only things that could be improved were the temperature in the room, as it was a little too warm at night, and the variety of food, which could have been a bit better.

Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants within walking distance. It’s also a good location. Great value for money.
