About this house rental
We are not near the beach, we are ON THE BEACH! Don't rent a dated beach house many miles away from everything wonderful Galveston has to offer. This beach house is located close enough to town yet far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean.
Want to share the rental with another family? You will not be fighting over who gets the best master bedroom...there are two master bedrooms! There is ultimate privacy as each level, connected by an outdoor staircase, boasts its own living area. The beds are heavenly, the sitting areas spectacular, and the view...breathtaking.
Don't like the sand? Send your kids to the beach while you sit on the deck drinking margaritas and view them from your throne. There are four lifeguard chairs and an outdoor table with chairs on the deck. The beach is literally steps away.
Like to BBQ? Grill from the privacy of your own deck with amazing views of the ocean.
Like to fish? No worries ... many ... many ... many fish have been caught just steps away from this house! Who needs a pier?
Love the sound of the ocean? Open the huge sliding glass doors and the ocean comes to you. We designed this house to take FULL advantage of beachfront ocean living. You will know exactly what we mean when you rent this house!

Great time and we loved the bottom unit had a separate entrance so my teenagers could have a fun time with their friends. The property was so nice and clean and all of the towels and laundry had such a clean freshly laundered scent!

The rental was clean, the host easy to communicate with and the view was wonderful! We were not expecting the top and bottom units not to be connected, but the stay was wonderful! Locking doors to the master and the restroom would be appreciated, but otherwise..no complaints. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beach location - amazing! Communication - great!Cleanliness - not good dresser had crumbs on top, floors had dead bugs, downstairs shower dirty/moldy, downstairs area has strong chemical smell ( we could not sleep down there), need broom for folks to useUp-keep - the place definitely needs some upgrades/fixes. Ripped/torn pillow case, all barstools rusting onto floor, both showers have mold in grout areas, what looked to be mold in downstairs a/c unit, some loose boards in deck area (be careful where you step), plastic shower curtain needs replaced,
