A private backyard area including an exclusive right of use of the Hotspring Hot Tub. Decide how warm you would like to have it! To help you enjoying the warm water under the Florida sun, the apartment is equipped with SPA bathrobes to take full advantage of the Pura Vida. The tropical garden invites you to discover the seasonal available Fruit and Pepper Trees which you can harvest and eat during your stay. Enjoy the BBQ area and the Caribbean Tiki feeling without leaving the country. All furniture, appliances, bedding are selected to give you maximum of relaxation. Cable TV including HBO and a recliner guarantees you a relaxed evening. Fully equipped Kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and large side by side refrigerator. The apartment is equipped with an hotel safe, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and has access to the laundry area. The self check in/out area allows maximum flexibility for your arrival and departure. Also in walking distance is the Palm Island water taxi located. (Discount if you have your boat in the marina!) A 3 minute walk away leaves the ferry to Palm Island. The Pura Vida residence is located in the heart of Cape Haze. Sitting in between Palm Harbour Marina and the Freedom Boat Club. You have the choice! Or just charter one of the fishing captains across the street and enjoy the world famous fishing between Stump Pass and Boca Grande. What a great way to spend a long weekend with friends. Nice accommodations and wonderful outdoor space. Perfect for a group looking to rent several of the units. Look forward to coming again.

This property is really nice and has a extra amenities you won't find with a typical hotel room. Also, it is centrally located to beaches and there are plenty of things to do in the area. Management is extremely helpful. Our unit and bedroom was really close to the busy road. I am an early riser so this was not a problem. However, if you want to sleep late the traffic starts early and you can clearly hear it from the bedroom. Also, 1st floor you can hear the people upstairs scraping chairs and walking around.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the condo was immaculate, everything was just perfect. The owners are super friendly and came by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is really special, tiki huts, two hot tubs, plenty of outdoor covered seating, hammocks, a private sitting area directly outside of each condo with privacy curtains that can be pulled if you like - we have stayed in a lot of different places in Fla. over the years and this one ranks up there with the best!

We really appreciated that the place was clean. The outside area was nice with all the fruit trees. The other tenants were nice and loved our dog. The area was also good for us. Close to beaches and dinning in the area was good. I liked the Lighthouse Grill at Stumps pass. We would love to stay again. But would like to make it longer .

The whole place was so clean and tropical and well organized and very well run. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook. The beds were comfortable. Katja and Alex couldn’t be more accommodating or nicer. We used the spa and rented bikes and even the laundry area was spotless. Location is perfect- Restaurants grocery stores kayaking all close by. Wide trail to walk and ride bikes right out the door. Lots of comfy outdoor furniture- we had a wonderful time.

This was a great little get away. The property is beautiful! You can really escape in a beautiful oasis! Katja was so sweet and helpful letting us know of different things to do in the area. It was an awesome place...between the beautifully furnished apartment, the private hot tub and the very relaxing public space. You can tell these owners really care about their guests!

Not a single detail was missed by the owners of this property! It is tropical, quiet relaxing and looks like your staying at a high end resort! Each apartment has its own hit tub and it felt like we were the only ones there. It was right across from Leverocks as well as the wayer taxi to Rum Bay and the Palm Island ferry. Communication was great! I highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Lovely area and the property is exactly like the photos. It was very clean, inside and out. The gardens/outdoor areas are absolutely stunning! The bed was very comfortable and we loved having the robes to lounge in after using the private hot tub. Katja was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!

Honestly do not think the listing clearly displays the amazing quality of this property!! It was way better than the pictures!! The hosts are amazing people with a huge heart!! It is clean, comfortable and a relaxation oasis. Whether you're hanging in the hammock, or sipping on a cocktail in the lounge chairs, you feel like you're in a Caribbean spot! Beaches are within reasonable driving distance as well as dining options! We will be back!

Almost hate to give a review as others will find this hidden gem. But the owners deserve the kudos! The unit and property are very comfortable, and well maintained. Property owners are very friendly and easy to work with. Would not hesitate to stay again! Good location to many activities, restaurants and relaxation.

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. Turned out to be an exceptional 2 week stay. We learned a lot about the area from our hosts, Alex and Katja. The unit was well kept, brand new, and featured a private garden area with hot tub, hammock, table and chairs. There was a fruit tree garden with bananas growing just outside our door. Outdoor couches and and tables under a covered porch in case of rain, but it didn't. Did not have a bad meal at any of the local restaurants. Fishing charter right across the road. Book early at "Man Overboard". Will return.

Very clean, beautiful property with a fabulous tropical courtyard. Full of unique fruit trees. The tiki hut, garden music and hot tub were awesome. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. A little piece of paradise is the best description. The owners were excellent hosts. .
