The dirtiest place I've ever stayed at in my life.

The staff were helpful.

The whole area was extremely unclean. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and smelly, dusty and with hairs on them. The forks/spoons available in the bedroom were not even washed for who knows how long, and the showers were not pleasant at all because of how messy everything was. I would not recommend this to anyone. This place may look appealing because of the price, but I'd rather stay somewhere way cleaner and more pleasant than this place.

What I expected for how cheap it was to stay honestly. Bathrooms were good but the kitchen was dirty

The oven didn’t work and the pillows were stained but can’t complain with the price.

Great location for a short stay, but accept the fact it might not be as quiet or clean

The location is great, walking distance to the DLR station, from there you can go anywhere you want.

The guests in the next room were playing loud music until late at night. But that's not the fault of the property. The shower room and the kitchen sink were not clean, but again, it was because of some guests. You can't choose whom you spend the night with.

Smoke smelling room. Luckily someone else check out so we had there room The stair were steep my parents who are 83 struggled Oven didnt work so couldn't make food Handle came off door so couldn't close and lock it Shower doors didn't close so water went all over the floor
